Portafill - Finishing Touches

Writer: Tate Stevenson ArchitectsTate Stevenson Architects

Tate Stevenson Architects have taken the lead role in designing the new state of the art 8,253m² production facility for mobile screening company Portafill.

We assisted in the application process to gain compliance and approval from Invest Northern Ireland who have invested themselves a sum of £2.4million in the infrastructure of the Dungannon Business Park. The new Portafill facility is located on eight of the twenty six acres made available in the new enterprise zone.

Tate Stevenson Architects were also involved on Invests Northern Ireland's single largest industrial development located at Corr’s Corner. They developed a production and administration facility for aerospace firm RLC which is now complete and operational. RLC is the first tenant to be accommodated at the Global Point Business Park, Newtownabbey.

Other developments of this nature have seen Radius Plastics relocate their facilities to Lurgan, where Tate Stevenson completed the new Office Block to front their existing production facility. Thompson Aero Seating have seen a proposal to extend their existing premises at Cairn, Portadown while further feasibilities are been carried out at another site in Seapatrick, Banbridge.

If you are thinking of completing a new facility or need assistance with your Invest Northern Ireland application, please give us a call on 028 9261 1222.
