We assisted in the application process to gain compliance and approval from Invest Northern Ireland who have invested themselves a sum of £2.4million in the infrastructure of the Dungannon Business Park. As part of the site works for the extension, ecological consideration was made to reintroduce planting back onto the site. The construction phase before had cleared every patch of green from the site. Wildflower mixes were introduced to the landscape strip to the boundary as well as native hedgerow species. A zone demarcated for future expansion was sown with a native wild flower mix. The remaining feature site planting was selected from native Northern Ireland plant species.
The completed reception area is themed on the word Radius. The most striking of these is in the ceiling, a fully recessed LED lit rimmed circle which is reflected in the floor which matches the geometry of the ceiling feature directly above. To carry on the curved effect, a sine wave reception desk has been selected. In addition all adjacent walls have had their corners rounded.
