Retail Outlets at Warmflow Engineering Co Ltd
The project consisted of refurbishment and extension to existing warehouse units to provide 10 no retail units with a total floor area of 7,760m (83,300ft) including cafeteria and ancillary storage facilities.
The project includes the addition of a first floor within the units, two storey extension and remodelling of the elevational treatments along with extensive site works providing additional car parking with hard and soft landscaping.
The project was phased to maintain operation of several existing tenants with minimal disruption. The completed project will provide the client with an enhanced property portfolio transforming the former bland warehouse development into a progressive modern retail environment
