The client required the refurbishment of an existing mill building to provide new headquarters and training facilities at Jennymount Enterprise Park, Belfast. The project involved internal alterations and fit-out works to the existing building to provide training rooms and offices to be fully accessible for both disabled and able bodied people. This also included the installation of a lift to bring the first floor areas into full use as well as the provision of disabled toilets and staff/kitchen areas. The buildings reflect the aspirations of Phab and are a flagship of good design for accessibility and use. This project came within agreed costs, the programme was extended to accommodate changes to the clients requirements.
