The 2 storey building designed to offer a range of different sized offices on the first floor and four starter workshops on the ground floor.

Each workshop has its own kitchen and WC facilities. Offices on the first floor share a communal staff canteen and WCs. There are over 330m2 of offices and 220m2 of workshops respectfully.

Specific attention was given to providing a vandal-resistant building with minimal maintenance requirements. Internally colour was used to highlight building elements to provide a vibrant and colourful interior.
