In addition to architectural consultancy Tate Stevenson Architects Ltd has developed a range of additional services to provide support and advice to our client group. These additional services consist of the following:
Architecture
TSA believe that buildings have a major impact upon their environment, and those working and living within them. Working within a team of committed consultants within the design group TSA endeavour al all times to ensure their projects make a positive contribution to their environment, reflecting the clients brief and deliver high quality buildings within the constraints of programme and budget.
Interior Design
TSA feel it is imperative the interior design reflects the ethos of the building, and not merely an applied finish. Within the practice we have talented designers, who working alongside the client and various user groups will develop interiors which brings character and interest to all who experience the project.
Project Management
TSA appoint qualified architects to each project to ensure projects are adequately resourced, and all members of the design team and construction staff are co-ordinated to deliver projects within programmes and agreed costs.
Conservation
TSA have accredited staff with expertise in conservation, restoration and adaptation of historic buildings. Conservation projects include a variety of refurbishment projects for the Belfast Education & Library Board, Willowfield Parish Church, Belfast, Calry Parish Church, Sligo along with numerous listed building projects for individual clients.
Master Planning
TSA have been involved in a number of master planning projects consisting of holiday resorts, golf and leisure resorts, university projects and Town Planning, working alongside specialist consultants as appropriate.
Disability Assessment and Audits
Chris Stevenson is accredited by the University of Ulster to execute Access Audits. As part of these audits Chris has worked closely with the client to prioritise mitigating remedial action and assisting in the implementation of a full accessibility plan for the buildings/complexes concerned. This expertise has been invaluable for all TSA projects to ensure all new buildings comply with current legislation, and are fully accessible to all users.
Computer Aided Design and Visualisation
The practice is fully equipped with Autocad work stations operating ADT drafting packages providing high quality 2D and 3D information. In conjunction with the architectural package we can provide realistic rendered images, flyovers etc with a variety of graphic software whilst utilising Microsoft Powerpoint to create animated demonstrations.
