The office structure is designed to allow flexibility of work groups for various sizes of projects, ie one director, one architect, one technician. Larger projects may require one director, two architects and one technician. Staffing levels are always kept under review to ensure that all projects have the necessary resources to complete the project.
The company is fully computerised with all workstations running Autodesk ADT drawing packages providing 2D and 3D information. In conjunction with this architectural package we can provide realistic rendered images with a variety of graphics software whilst using Microsoft Powerpoint to create animated demonstrations.
