OVERSEAS
In 2005 we started to consider developing the practice into overseas markets, and we are currently working on a number of major projects in Romania, where the economy has experienced considerable expansion in recent years, particularly since joining the EU in January 2007.
We have now opened an office in central Bucharest, and are working closely with local architects to combine our expertise and experience in design and project delivery with the particular requirements of Romania regulations and procedures.
Local demand for new residential developments is high, and we are actively working with both UK/Ireland and Romanian investors on villa and apartment projects in Bucharest and Ploiesti, with a total scope of around 2,500 units.
